Bridal Dreams...
May 1, 2010 Wedding season is in full swing and I'm on the lookout for my bridal wish list. I'm not a bride-to-be just yet, but while I was doing some window shopping yesterday, I found some great wedding dresses and accessories for my ensemble. If you're getting hitched in the near future, you might also be inspired by these picks.
I love supporting local businesses and I discovered Amy-Jo Tatum, a Marin-based couture designer that makes some really lovely wedding gowns. She's also the only designer in the area that uses eco-friendly fabrics for environmentally conscious brides.

I just love the Mira dress. Made with Chantilly lace and silk chiffon, this dress can be worn two ways (halter or cap-sleeve). It's totally vintage-inspired and it'd made a fun option for a bride that doesn't want a traditional long gown.

I'm also a sucker for fascinators. I'd choose these over other types of veils. You can transform these gorgeous feather flower hairpins into a bridal fascinator by attaching a short French birdcage veil underneath the pins.
