Amedei Blanco de Criollo

Attention chocolate aficionados — there's a gorgeous new bar in town to tempt your taste buds. Luxurious, sublime and silky, the limited edition Amedei Blanco de Criollo seduces the senses. Made with rare Peruvian Criollo cacao beans, the 70% dark chocolate blend contains hints of wild berries, wild mushrooms, dried plum and toasted almonds. 

It's really balanced and smooth, with low acidity and an earthy, nutty depth. It's safe to say that it's another big success for founder Cecilia Tessieri. Amedei produced only 20,000 bars for the world market and each one is numbered by hand. I'd grab a few before they sell out!
