Amelie Fleur de Lys Glassware

A lot of my friends know green is one of my favorite colors so it's no surprise that I was instantly attracted to this Amelie glass decanter and its matching tumblers. The elegant fleur de lys design is coupled with a hobnail base, so it's not too fancy for daily use.  I also adore the subtle color gradiation.

I found these lovelies at the De Young Museum gift shop before enjoying the new Musee d'Orsay Impressionist exhibit. If you're a museum member you get 10% off all purchases - that was enough reason for me to pick up the tumblers! They also have it in light pink and clear glass. If you don't live in the SF Bay Area you can also buy them online at Madison Belle.

Who knew enjoying a simple glass of water could look so glam! ;)

Tami: I love these glasses - I feel so elegant drinking water with them, heheheh.

Lovely! I'm also a big fan of green glassware. I have a very similar set from Pier One of all places. They have some surprisingly nice stuff.

Tami: Pier One has some great stuff. It's dangerous there.
