Eminence Mineral Makeup & Zero Gravity Collection

In my never ending quest to try organic beauty, I've been curious about the Eminence mineral makeup line for a while. I finally got a chance to try their Chai Berry Glow Mineral Illuminator, which is a fabulous all-over bronzing powder for light to medium skin tones.

The long-wearing formula is especially great for those with oily skin and the slight shimmer gives a healthy glow to dull complexions. Rosemary, acai berry, and green tea extracts are added to boost anti-aging properties. This product doesn't contain any talc, fragrance nor parabens. For dark tones there is the Mocha Berry illuminator to try.

Looking for a natural tinted moisturizer? The non-clogging Caramel Latte Tinted Moisturizer SPF 25 worked really well for me. The color blended right into the skin for a super natural look. You might want to use a mineral finishing powder if you want an ultra matte finish. Key active ingredients include shea butter, linden tea, jojoba oil and zinc.

I also got to test a couple of items from their latest Zero Gravity collection. Designed to lift and firm, everything is infused with Zirhafirm™, a strong complex made with maral root and wild jujube. Clinical tests showed skin to have a 22.5% increase in lifting action.

The Persimmon & Cantaloupe Day Cream SPF 32 is targeted for mature skin, but I found it to be very light so it's actually ideal on my dry skin. I really like the Jasmine Tangerine Age-Defying Night Cream, which is packed with organic tangerine juice, jasmine petals, jojoba oil and grapeseed oil. Gotu kola and Vitamin C are also added to combat sagging skin. The texture, like most of their night creams, is rich but with a few droplets of water it will emulsify with ease.

The names just make me want to eat this stuff. But I guess that would be wrong, wouldn't it? LOL

Their stuff smells incredible. I almost did lick one of their creams to taste it!
