New Whitney Smith Cake Platters

I've been admiring Whitney Smith's cake platters for a few years, but now I'm keeping an eye on her latest creations. In the past year she's been churning out some adorable, old-fashioned designs. This celadon green one with dogwood flowers and a white skirt edge is thoroughly charming.

There are some with scalloped edges and ribbing in various colors. They're not as colorful as the one above, but they're equally lovable. These are available in three sizes (8, 10, and 12 inches).

Simple and elegant, this creamer and sugar set makes me swoon with delight. The delicate dogwood flowers are the perfect little accent, and the robin's egg blue is so feminine. This isn't exactly a new design, but it's been on my wish list for a while.

Love the cake stands. You'd have to bake some very special cakes to do them justice. ;)
