NY Fashion Week Beauty: Sophie Theallet

Sophie Theallet's ultra romantic Spring/Summer 2011 RTW line had a strong emphasis in old-world Mexican glamour and NARS was backstage to support the stunning looks. Smoky eyes and glossy red lips created the makeup theme for the entire show.

“We wanted to fuse together both color and light. We were inspired by Chavela Vargas, the Mexican singer,” said NARS Lead Artist Lena Koro. “Polished and bright - and coinciding with the prints of the clothing.”
