YSL Rouge Pur Couture Lipstick

Rouge Pur Couture, the newest lipstick from YSL, has an amazingly creamy texture. Like the Rouge Volupté Perle, a few swipes and you get lots of deep color. The luxury brand already has a few award-winning lipsticks but this one contains a potent hydro-sphere cocktail and natural extracts (rosemary and carrot root) to add extra smoothing comfort to the lips. The satiny finish offers a medium-full coverage and the SPF 15 formula doesn't contain any parabens or petrochemicals.

The collection features 18 rich, high-pigment shades. The blood red #1 Le Rouge is currently out of stock on YSL's website but you can get it at Sephora. The warm #3 Rouge Saadi is a berry red that would be great for both medium and tan skin tones.

If you want a slightly lighter red, the #14 Rouge Feu is the way to go. For a hint of orange, the slightly metallic #16 Rouge Roxane is very pretty and wearable. The light rose-pink #9 Rose Stiletto is ideal for work and for those light makeup days. My favorite shade is #4 Rouge Vermillion, which is a bright and flirty raspberry.

Which one is your favorite color? It's so easy to love all these gorgeous shades! There's something for every gal...get yours soon for the holidays, before they run out.
